U.S. law firm Davis Polk has announced that private equity M&A lawyer Todd B. Kornreich has joined its New York office as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

Todd B. Kornreich advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, take-private acquisitions, corporate carve-outs, divestitures and strategic investments. His industry experience includes industrials and manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare services and technology.

Before joining Davis Polk, Todd B. Kornreich was a partner in the Private Equity Transactions Group at Ropes & Gray.
